GUtech Women’s Basketball Team Secures Second Place in SQU Tournament

The German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech) women’s basketball team showcased their skills and determination at the second sports tournament for higher education institutions’ female students, held at Sultan Qaboos University yesterday evening.
The team’s impressive journey through the tournament included a decisive victory over Muscat College in the quarter finals. Their momentum carried them into the semi-finals, where they outplayed Middle East College to secure a spot in the final against the host team, Sultan Qaboos University.
Although the GUtech team narrowly missed out on the championship title, their unwavering determination and exceptional performance have earned them immense pride and admiration. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of our dedicated athletes.
