We are incredibly proud to celebrate the accomplishments of our recent graduate Montaha Al Habsi from the International Business and Service Management program. Montaha was selected to present and publish her bachelor thesis “Investigating Employee Onboarding Processes Through Lean Six Sigma in the Oil and Gas Industry in Oman,” at the prestigious 2nd GCC International Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) Conference hosted by Sultan Qaboos University from 1-3 December 2024.
Adding to this outstanding achievement Montaha also secured 3rd place in the Lean Six Sigma Competition showcasing her dedication to academic excellence and innovation.
