German University of Technology in Oman celebrated its annual Student Iftar

‏German University of Technology in Oman celebrated its annual Student Iftar in the presence of H.E. Prof. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation and CEO of the Endowment Foundation for Education Support (Siraj).

‏During the event, the university handed over the proceeds from the Annual Charity Day, one of the key community initiatives organized by the Student Advisory Council, aimed at supporting humanitarian and charitable causes in the Sultanate.

‏Hon.Dr. Hussain bin Suleiman Al Salmi, Deputy Rector for Administration and Finance, represented GUtech in delivering the cheque to H.E. the Minister, who emphasized the importance of instilling a culture of social responsibility within academic institutions and encouraging students to participate in charitable activities that promote solidarity.

‏We take pride in our students’ contributions to creating a lasting positive impact in the community and remain committed to supporting initiatives that enhance education and social welfare.
