We are pleased to announce that the German University of Technology in Oman has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 44.01 LLC, a leading company in carbon mineralisation technologies in the Sultanate of Oman. This strategic partnership aims to advance research in carbon capture and storage using olivine-rich rocks, contributing to developing innovative and sustainable solutions to address climate change.
This collaboration will support students of the Department of Applied Geosciences at GUtech and enhance research and development efforts across various university departments. By integrating academic expertise with practical applications, the partnership seeks to create a meaningful impact. Together, we look forward to accelerating scalable solutions in carbon storage and climate change mitigation.
